Item 7.01. Regulation FD

 

On November 29, 2018, Renmin Tianli Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it had received a notification letter from The Nasdaq Stock Market stating that, based on the November 28, 2018 filing of the Company’s Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2018, the Company has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1). A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
