Item 1.02 Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement

 

On February 14, 2019, Javier-Juan MasanaModrono of Real Value Assets rescinded and cancelled the transaction that was entered into on October 15, 2018 with Mojo Data Solutions, Inc.
