In April 2019, the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of CARBO Ceramics Inc. temporarily and voluntarily reduced his pay to $650,000 effective May 1, 2019.  This is the CEO’s second voluntary reduction in the last six months.  The CEO’s employment contract has not been amended in connection with this voluntary change.
