Item 5.02 Departure of Directors of Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On December 3, 2019, Wanfen Xu resigned as the Chief Financial Officer of Sharing Economy International Inc. (the “Company”). Lam Ka Man has agreed to serve as the Company’s new Chief Financial Officer.
