Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

 

Rubin Schindermann submitted his resignation as Co-Chief Executive Officer on January 24, 2020. Mr. Schindermann resigned for personal medical reasons. For the present time, he will remain a director of the Company. The resignation was accepted by the directors of the Company at a meeting held January 30, 2020.
