Item 8.01 Other Events.
On June 9, 2020, Cardiff Oncology, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing initiation of its Expanded Access Program (EAP) for its investigational drug onvansertib, in combination with standard-of-care FOLFIRI and bevacizumab, for second-line treatment of patients with KRAS-mutated metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
