On May 14, 2021, Nadir Ali notified Sysorex, Inc. (the “Company”) of his intention to resign as a member of the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”) effective immediately. Mr. Ali’s decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement with the Company, its management, or the Board.
