On September 2, 2021, Misonix, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the fourth quarter and the fiscal year ended June 30, 2021. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
