7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On
March 24, 2022, Novo Integrated Sciences, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that PRO DIP®, LLC,
a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, was issued U.S. Patent No. 11,273,965 by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office on March 15,
2022. The ‘965 patent relates to PRO-DIP’s novel technology for manufacturing its oral supplement pouches.
The
information included in Item 7.01 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, including Exhibit 99.1, shall not be deemed to be “filed”
