Dear Sirs,

I am writing to you in my capacity as Head of Market Relations of Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. (“tgs”), in order to report that tgs’ Board of Directors approved the Offer submitted by SACDE Sociedad Argentina de Construcción y Desarrollo S.A. within the framework of the bid for the award of the assembly and construction of the extension of Vaca Muerta Pipeline (North Tranche El Trapial – Los Toldos) (the “Offer”).

Prior to approval of the Agreement, TGS Audit Committee was asked to issue a report in compliance with Capital Markets Act no. 26,831. The Audit Committee concluded that the terms of the procurement can reasonably be deemed to be entered into on an arm’s length basis as of the date of submittal of the report.
