The Company received a favorable verdict on July 13, 2022 from the Circuit Court, Orange County, Florida, providing for rescission of the Company’s 2017 acquisition of Advanced Health Brands and recovery by the Company of the 1,200,000 shares of common stock issued in the acquisition.
