On September 27, 2022, Nuwellis, Inc. issued a press release announcing the activation of new sites for its pivotal REVERSE-HF (Ultrafiltration Versus IV Diuretics in Worsening Heart Failure) clinical study.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
