November 8, 2022, Odyssey Semiconductor Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) published a press release regarding its financial
results for the third quarter of 2022. On the same day, the Company also held a conference call and webcast to discuss its financial results
for the quarter and made available on its website the slides for such presentation.
