On February 13, 2023, the Company issued a press release announcing that it had received the minutes of a Type B meeting with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) that was held on January 11, 2023 on the development of NRX-101 to treat severe bipolar depression in patients with suicidality.

 

A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
