Buenos Aires, January 4, 2024 – IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones S.A. (NYSE:IRS;BYMA:IRSA), the Company reported that the Own Share Repurchase Program approved by the Company's Board of Directors on June 15, 2023 for up to the sum of ARS 5,000,000,000, with a validity period set at 180 days, extended by a additional period of 180 days, starting from the initial expiration on December 13, 2023, has ended on December 20, 2023, as the amount duly approved for the acquisition of own shares has been completed, having reached 99.95% of said program.
