The filing by Chilean Cobalt Corp. (the “Company”) of the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the year ended March 31, 2024 (the “Quarterly Report”) will be delayed due to the dismissal of the Company’s previous auditor, B F Borgers CPA PC and the additional time that will be required to retain a new independent registered public accounting firm, which delay could not be eliminated by the Company without unreasonable effort and expense. The Company expects to file the Quarterly Report promptly following the retention of such independent registered public accounting firm and the completion of their review of the Quarterly Report.
