Announcement Regarding the Decision to Issue Debt Instruments

 

Our Company's Board of Directors has resolved to issue debt instruments at a nominal value of up to TRY8 billion, with various maturities up to two-years, in Turkish Lira terms, in the domestic market, in one or more tranches, without a public offering, as a private placement and/or to be sold to institutional investors. In this regard, it has resolved to make an application to the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye for the approval of an issuance certificate.
