Further to our press release dated June 1, 2011, El Maniel International Inc (Pink Sheets:EMLL) announced today that the Company has entered into a Definitive Agreement to acquire Plot D1 which is the 50 acres of gold mining claim situated approximately 80 kilometres north of Accra in the Kibi-Winneba Basin of Eastern Region, Ghana. "We are thrilled to have sealed the acquisition of Plot D1 which is situated in the Eastern Region under the Kibi-Winneba Gold Belt which exhibits similar geological features with the Ashanti Gold Belt in the Western Region of Ghana" according to Jamie Khoo, CEO of El Maniel International Inc "This alluvial gold mining claim is located on the western side of the prominent Atewa Range in the Kibi-Winneba Gold Belt which is one of the most prospective gold bearing belts in Ghana and the area is underlain mostly by Birimian Supergroup metasedimentary and metavolcanic rocks of Precambrian age".

Alluvial gold deposit in Ghana can be found in most rivers draining the Birimian rocks and they occur in gravels of streams, river flats and old valleys on terraces and in beach and gravel sand. The placers are derived mainly from the primary vein and lode type deposit in the Birimian and alluvial gold prospecting has been concentrated in the Birim, Pra, Jimi, Ankobra, Offin and Fura rivers. "We are very excited about Plot D1 as we are now on the Birim river valley which is also neighbor to some public listed gold companies and in addition, exploration results presented under the NI43-101 Technical Report of a public company in the vicinity reported very encouraging results as well as the presence of significant gold mineralization" added Jamie Khoo "We are confident that this gold property will significantly facilitate the rapid growth and realization of inherent values that shareholders expect the Company to deliver"
