My Social Income Signs Strategic Agreement to Create a "Value Network" in the Southern California Hispanic Community

announced the signing of a strategic agreement to create and manage
the Aguilar Value Network throughout Southern California. MSI's
partner in the effort is Olegario Aguilar, a well-known and
respected member of the Southern California Hispanic
community. An Entrepreneur who owns 48 businesses in seven
Southern Counties including Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles,
San Bernardino, Orange, Riverside and San Diego, Mr. Aguilar will
offer membership in the network to his 80,000+ customer base,
primarily in the Hispanic Community. The goal of a value network is
to generate economic success or other value and benefits for its
participants. In a successful value network every participant
contributes and receives value in ways that sustain both their own
success and the success of the value network as a whole. The
Aguilar Value Network will do just this, as Mr. Aguilar will share
his customer base with other businesses that will join the network
as partners, offering their services at a discount to members, in
turn strengthening Mr. Aguilar's ties to those partners and in the
community. The Mission Statement of the Network is "The
Aguilar Value Network is intended to be a tool to empower the
Community to use our combined buying power to receive discounts on
goods and services within our community. We reward those local
businesses who participate in the Network with our business, and in
turn, they reward us with improved customer service, lower prices
on quality goods and services."
Members will receive a membership card which will entitle them
to those discounts, and which will include a prepaid MSI VoIP
calling account. The Hispanic community in Southern California
has a strong history of being insular, patronizing businesses
within their community, and of maintaining ties with relatives in
Mexico. The MSI calling account will allow them to connect to
their relatives at a low cost, using Value Network Access numbers
which will carry a marketing message, and also allow the callers to
reach Aguilar businesses, and partners. All members and
partners will have MSI services, and partners will be offered MSI's
small businesses services, thus further increasing the value for
them. As an adjunct to the Network, MSI will create and
maintain a website for the Aguilar Value Network which will provide
member and partner services, detail partner offerings in a complete
partner directory, and feature a web page for each partnering
company. Partners will be able to access their offers and all
members will have online access to their calling accounts through
the website.
The Value Network will also offer a special savings Coupon book,
with over $2,500 in valuable one-time savings coupons from
partners, which will be made available to local charities to use as
a fund-raising vehicle for their services. Distribution
through charities extends the networks reach, and provides
additional value to the community. MSI and the Aguilar
companies, along with key partners, will have offers in the books,
which will be produced as a series of locally-targeted efforts,
centered on Aguilar business locations throughout Southern
California. All of the participating partners throughout all
areas will be included on the website, and their offers will be
available to all of the members.
With the signing of the contract, MSI is quickly moving into the
implementation phase, beginning to form partner relationships with
local businesses, and bringing the offer to those businesses that
are already among Mr. Aguilar's customers. The first of a test
run of books is scheduled to be delivered by April 15th, with
subsequent deliveries scheduled every 2-3 weeks thereafter. In
the initial few days of efforts, two dozen local businesses have
opted in as partners, and work has begun on adding them to the
website, which is already in development. Membership cards are
being printed, Aguilar offices have had MSI VoIP services
established, and the Network will be launched publicly when the
initial target of core partners has been reached. A strong
believer in the project, Mr. Aguilar has funded the initial
development costs, and will work with the MSI team to tailor the
marketing theme for the introduction of the network to the
community. The MSI sales team is working on partner
acquisition, and is in turn able to offer MSI small business VoIP
services to organizations throughout the community.
Among the added services that MSI is offering to all members is
its "Shared Inbound Access" program which uses enterprise level
technology, to make inbound phone service from the Public Telephone
System available to its members using VoIP services for a mere $2
per month per line. The technology is portable, can be brought
online in minutes, and has the added benefit of blocking all
telemarketing calls through its operational design. This
offer, combined with the services bundled with membership will add
a significant number of users to the MSI VoIP Network.
