Star8 Corporation ("Star8") (Pink Sheets:STRH) a global provider of low cost full-featured mobile email phones, is pleased to provide an update to its shareholders regarding the progress of the company's business.

Star8 Corporation is happy to announce that it has changed its symbol to STRH to better reflect the formal name of the Company. The symbol change became effective July 29, 2011.

The Company is also pleased to announce that it has engaged an independent auditor to complete the audit of the financial statements of the Company. Upon completion of the audit, Star8 plans on filing a Form 10 in preparation of becoming a fully reporting company. The Company will provide updates to shareholders upon the completion of the audit and subsequent Form 10 filing.

Star8 continues to make progress on delivering its products into target markets and will provide shareholders with updates on business developments as they become available.
