ActionView International, Inc. (OTCBB:AVEW) Chairman and CEO Joe Wooten today discussed the format and programming for the upcoming fall lineup with Fight Now TV, stating, "Our initial contract with Fight Now TV is for a total of eight one-hour shows, each of which will be aired approximately 25 times at various times across their nationwide broadcast. We've designed the shows to feature more behind-the-scenes action that what is typically seen in fight programming. A typical hour-long WCFC program will showcase fighters through interviews and gym sessions, culminating in the actual fight. This format allows fans to form more of a connection with the athletes while retaining roughly eighty percent fight content. Having seen the rough cuts of the first two shows, I can promise fans across the country that they will be blown away by the caliber of fights coming out of the WCFC."

Mike Garrow, General Manager of Fight Now TV, added, "We are pleased to be adding WCFC events to our line up this fall. WCFC produces well run events and will be a welcome addition to our channel's commitment to showcase top regional MMA promotions from across the country. The states of Utah, Idaho, and southern California will be well represented when WCFC events roll into these areas as part of our American Made MMA programming offering."

Mr. Wooten was recently featured on the Fight Now TV program, MMA Junkie, the audio portion of which can be found on www.wcfc.com along with interviews with WCFC main event fighter, David Castillo. Fans are also encouraged to visit www.fightnow.com to get access to the only 24-hour, seven days a week, television channel dedicated to combat sports.

WCFC will be holding the Pierpont Street Bash in Salt Lake City on August 20th, the live broadcast of which will commence at 6:30 PST on www.wcfc.com. Tickets can be purchased at www.wcfc.com for the all-day music festival and MMA event.
