WWAV Whitewave Foods Company (The) (delisted)

The WhiteWave Foods Company (NYSE:WWAV) today announced that, as a result of its proposed merger with Danone S.A., it is cancelling its second quarter 2016 earnings conference call and webcast that was previously scheduled for Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at 10 a.m. Eastern time.

WhiteWave intends to issue a press release detailing its second quarter 2016 earnings results on Tuesday, August 9, 2016, prior to the opening of the U.S. markets.  The press release will be available on WhiteWave’s website at www.whitewave.com/investors.
