WWAV Whitewave Foods Company (The) (delisted)

The WhiteWave Foods Company (NYSE:WWAV) today announced it will issue a press release containing the company’s fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2016 financial results after market close on Thursday, February 16, 2017. The press release will be available on WhiteWave’s website at www.whitewave.com/investors.

WhiteWave will not host a fourth quarter and full year 2016 management conference call or webcast due to its planned merger with Danone S.A.
