Oxford Technology 4 VCT Plc – NAV Update

Oxford Technology 4 VCT Plc (“OT4”) announces an update to the unaudited Net Asset Value (“NAV”) of the Company from the third quarter figures issued to 30 November 2021 based on movements in its AIM quoted investment in Arecor Therapeutics Plc (“Arecor”) and an estimate of running costs.

As at 23 February 2022 the NAV has fallen by 6% from 41.7p to 39.4p.

The share price of Arecor has fallen from 380p to 350p.

The valuations of the other holdings have been left unchanged for the purposes of this NAV update.  Fuller results for the 12 month period ending on 28 February 2022 will be announced in due course.

Shareholders should note that for every 10p per share change in Arecor’s bid price, the NAV moves by about 0.7p per OT4 share.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 11,516,946.
