Update on P2P LOI
"Greetings shareholders; our apologies on the delay of
releasing our LOI with P2P but this week has been very hectic.
Nonetheless our goal remains on course and steadfast in our
commitment to increase shareholder value and
confidence.
P2P has been in talks with one of the top 5 largest and
oldest US based taxi companies for some time. Currently, with
a fully executed MOU on key supplier-agreement terms for the
initial 5-year contract term, P2P is days away from executing the
supplier agreement with this nearly 70-year old US taxi
company.
This taxi cab operator has been looking to find more
modern, more high-tech, and more lucrative ways from the taxi-top
advertising campaign for the past few years. However, they
have not been able to find a high-tech display company that could
produce such custom displays that could withstand extreme heat
factors (up to 230F) and also offer waterproof as well as
direct-sun readability. Their idea to adopt a fully
modern-class High-Definition Digital Taxi Top Displays is
extraordinarily brilliant because such displays would not only up
their class image as a modern public transportation operator, but
also they would substantially increase the advertising revenue by
being able to change, flip and play multiple HD digital
