Encounter Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ENTI) (PINKSHEETS: ENCR) today announced that it has changed its stock ticker symbol from ENCR.pk to ENTI.pk. The stock ticker change was effective for the trading community as of Thursday, February 18, 2010.

This action is part of the Company's previously announced plans to change its business sector and associated operations to web solutions focused on social media, video technology, and online entertainment as well as the acquisition of other media and technology based companies.

The Company has completed the change of its name to Encounter Technologies, Inc. and ticker symbol to ENTI.
