Strategic Rare Earth Metals, (PINKSHEETS: SREH) proudly announces the appointment of Marketing Representative, Sheri Cook. Effective September 6, 2010, Cook will focus on corporate media and public relations for SREH as well as continue her role with Encounter Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ENTI). She will conduct weekly podcasts to inform shareholders of current business as well as assist the marketing of our mobile apps and medical news reports. She will serve as media consultant and spokesperson for the company and assist with public relations projects.

Cook is an experienced and accomplished media relations professional with more than a decade of experience in executing public relations, media and promotional campaigns. She specializes in client communications, public speaking and media relations and has served as corporate spokesperson for a prestigious, lengthy list of clients including Marriott, Publix, Home Shopping Network, Florida Strawberry Growers, Spring Air, Sea World, LG Electronics and Casio.

Cook holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications and Broadcast Journalism and completed a media training course with Hill and Knowlton Public Relations in New York.
