Human Resource Executive® magazine today revealed that 46 companies
will announce new products at the
13th Annual HR
Technology® Conference & Exposition, to be held at
Chicago's McCormick Place from September 29 - October 1, 2010.
Hailed as "the world's best conference on HR technology," the
expo is the center of the HR technological world with more than 200
exhibitors showcasing the latest Human Resource software products
and services for compensation and payroll, workforce planning,
testing and surveys, talent management and much more.
Once again the HR Technology® Conference and
Exposition will be the launch pad for new technology products
and ideas for HR professionals from around the world.
The following product announcements are planned for the
event:
Administaff Booth No. 950 Administaff
(NYSE: ASF) will launch Performance Now Online, a web-based
performance management software-as-a-service solution that helps
align workplace performance with business goals. Its intuitive
format is easy to use, allowing companies to perform ongoing
performance reviews; manage goals and employee events; customize
performance templates, competencies and workflows; and create
custom development plans.
Advantec Booth No. 353 Drawing on a deep
legacy of serving the small and medium business market, Advantec
will showcase its Kardiant HCM Solution, which is designed to align
organizations, employees and HR processes in real-time support of
strategic objectives. Advantec offers a 1:1 value-based partnership
at the price of transactional solutions, with a guarantee of

American Payroll Association Booth No. 240
The American Payroll Association and The Hackett Group have teamed
up to offer important data to help companies evaluate their payroll
process. The APA and Hackett Payroll Metrics Portal provides
empirical data that enables companies to measure their payroll
process against leading businesses such as Starbucks, Wolters
Kluwer and 3M. The site also provides case studies, webinars and
details on the best practices of top payroll performers to help

Aruspex Booth No. 441 Aruspex will launch
two new products in conjunction with the conference - Headcount

Development Dimensions International Booth
No. 420 Development Dimensions International (DDI) announces the
launch of Manager Ready, an online frontline leader assessment that
delivers the quality of diagnosis at an in-person assessment center
at a fraction of the cost and time. Unlike multiple choice tests
where participants choose actions from a static list, Manager Ready
participants are scored on how they coach direct reports and
resolve problems using an online platform, simulating the

Rewards has launched several new features, including Social

JWT Inside Booth No. 814 Job Blaster is a
flexible tool that intelligently distributes jobs to media and
career sites to better engage the quality job prospect and drive
conversion rates. By delivering targeted job information to each
candidate based on their wants, Job Blaster improves each candidate
experience and decreases client dependency on job boards. The tool

Kronos Inc. Booth No. 528 Kronos will
announce the availability of Workforce Central® version 6.2. This

capabilities. Kronos also will announce version 8.7 of Workforce

Lawson Software Booth No. 708, 756 Lawson
Software (NASDAQ: LWSN) will introduce the latest version of Lawson
Talent Management, version 3.4. The new version will focus on
efficiency, effectiveness and insight. New features include
country-specific fields for work assignments, enhanced position
descriptions, Outlook integration, proxy management, position
description-based performance appraisals and a starter kit for
Personnel Decisions International. It also includes "percent fit"
calculations for career roadmaps, which can help resources see how
they stack up against current and future positions.
Maggio Solutions Booth No. 458 Large
enterprises can reduce their benefits costs significantly by
performing a Dependent Eligibility Audit (DEA), which typically
shows that 5-15% of dependents are ineligible for benefits. Smaller
companies with fewer than 300 employees have been challenged with
performing this audit affordably. Maggio Solutions is introducing a

NuView Systems Booth No. 408 NuView
Systems has released enhancements to NuViewHR® product suite
version 4.14. Enhancements include an International Regulator,
which manages employee data and defines fields, controls, hide or
shows menus and tabs, and other items per country. The new version
also features HIRE Act Support & Tracking to determine
employees participating in The HIRE Act program; management of pay
steps in conjunction with pay zones and grades; and new
compensation management processing in the employee's local
currency, corporate base currency or both.
PDS Booth No. 301 PDS recently announced
the release of its new Vista HRMS "External Interface" toolset,
which provides users with a series of screens to build both simple
and complex interfaces between Vista HRMS and external systems. The
toolset provides the ability to easily export, import, transform
and configure data into a variety of formats, including fixed or
variable record lengths, HTML and XML, for example. The output can
then be scheduled and delivered automatically.
Peopleclick Authoria Booth No. 100, 118
Peopleclick Authoria is scheduled to make an announcement with
details regarding their latest Talent Management release to be
revealed during the show.
Peopleserv Booth No. 545 Peopleserv is
proud to announce the release of its Workforce Relationship
Software version 5.0. This unique and innovative product provides

announced the rollout of the Virtual Training Assistant Learning
Management Suite, version 6.1. The release includes new features
such as report favorites; inactivation of job titles, departments,
positions, work areas, charge codes custom categories and cost
accounts; and scheduled charge and cost reports. The new version
also includes an updated report menu with tool tips, as well as

functions.

foreclosure, banks are requesting that employers provide historic
income information on current and past employees - often back five
years. TALX (NYSE: EFX) will showcase its newest product, Point in

borrower's employment and income at the time of loan funding. Point
