Knightscove Media Corp. Announces Completion of First Full Divisional Project-Phinda Quest

("Knightscove", "Company") is pleased to announce the completion of
location shooting for its first project for all divisions.
Phinda Quest - An African Safari is a multi-platform youth-based
series produced and filmed in South Africa by Knightscove Family
Films Inc. in association with Triosphere and Lions and Tigers Inc.
This is the first project that leverages the strengths of the
recently re-branded Knightscove divisions.
Each episode of the 13 part series, shot on location in HD, is a
total immersion experience for our hosts in both the wildlife and
rich culture of South Africa. They explore Johannesburg, Cape Town,
Soweto and rural communities in South Africa, introducing audiences
to local customs, music and scenery presented in a fun
"edutainment" fashion and spend about 50% of the show searching for
and observing baby animals in KwaZulu-Natal's Phinda Reserve. From
hippos to crocs and lions to hyenas, this fascinating show is
planned to become a continuing series showcasing different parts of
the globe.
Of significant value is our ability to create revenue from
multiple sources and divisions. Knightscove Family Films Inc., the
company's production division, is the key producer of the show and
will generate fees from the creation of the content and will be
able to apply a portion of the company's G&A as an expense of
the show which will receive tax credit rebates on the labor
portion. KnightTV will commence broadcasting the series on our US
television network this summer, which will reduce outside
acquisition costs for programming. Additionally, as an 'Original
Show' it should attract higher audience viewership providing
heightened awareness of the series and Knightscove which will be
important for Knightscove @Home DVD sales. Newly established
Knightscove-Ellis International has already commenced offering the
series to international and Canadian broadcasters and international
DVD distributors with the expectation that international
broadcast/DVD sales and licensing of the series could rapidly
reduce the revenue required to put the series into profit. With
wide enough acceptance it is the company's goal to recoup all costs
from international licensing prior to the release of the DVD's. The
Knightscove @ Home division will be able to create at least two
different DVD offerings from the series for North American release
starting later this year, one set based on the filmed series and an
additional narrated compilation of Nature's Babies. Additional
sources of revenue from the series can include the sale of stock
footage, digital applications such as screensavers and video
shorts.
Creating content that can leverage multiple divisions and reduce
third party distribution fees will enhance the company's future and
has been central to our growth and acquisition strategy. We are
extremely pleased that with the acquisition of the Ellis
Entertainment Library in January and the creation of the
Knightscove-Ellis International Division we have finally reached
this capability.
Knightscove Executive Vice President, Stephen Ellis has, during
his 35 year career, produced some of the world's best known nature
programming for PBS, Discovery Channel, National Geographic and
many other worldwide broadcasters including Profiles in Nature the
longest running PBS Nature Series. We are extremely pleased to be
working on this new series with Oloff Bergh of Triosphere, one of
South Africa's most successful producers of wildlife content
including the very popular Escape to Chimp Eden, Rogue Nature and
the highly successful series Into the Pride in association with its
sister company Lions and Tigers Inc. Dave Salmoni, president of
Lions and Tigers, has become one of the most recognizable nature
hosts around the world through such series as Into the Pride and
After the Attack appearing on Animal Planet and Discovery Networks.
Dave has also has appeared regularly on Jay Leno, Jimmy Kimmel and
many other internationally recognized talk shows.
