Digital Media Veterans Charles Harman and Kristen Barr Bring
Expertise in Business Development and Mobile Sectors
IRVINE, CA--(Marketwired - Jun 12, 2014) - Multi-channel
audience and content monetization company, Adaptive Medias, Inc.
(OTCQB: ADTM), a leader in programmatic advertising across mobile,
video and online display, today announced office expansions in New
York and San Francisco. Adaptive Media also announced the
appointments of Charles Harman, VP of Business Development, and
Kristen Barr, Director of Mobile Demand.
Harman, working out of Adaptive Media's New York office, is a
digital media executive with more than 15 years of experience
building revenue streams and strategic partnerships for digital
media companies. Prior to joining Adaptive Media, Harman co-founded
DealOn (acquired by ReachLocal), which promoted local deals for
consumers across the U.S. Before DealOn, Harman served on the
management team of Dotomi as VP of Business Development (acquired
by ValueClick/Conversant), where he developed and led the early
media strategy for the company, from initial VC funding through
multiple stages of growth. Harman started his career at AOL where
he worked closely with a variety of product teams, including
Digital City and ICQ, to create new revenue opportunities.
Barr, working out of the company's San Francisco location, joins
Adaptive Media with almost a decade of experience in the digital
advertising space. Previously, Barr served as Senior Account
Strategist at Criteo and managed relationships with mobile in-app
retargeting partners. Prior to Criteo, Barr was Manager of Partner
Development at Mobclix, where she cultivated mobile network spot
buys and building programmatic partnerships. Before Mobclix, Barr
worked at Twitter, MediaMind, DoubleClick, and OMD.
