financial results for the three and nine month periods ended
March 31, 2014.
EMB's net income for the nine month period, including
discontinued operations, was $355,191
as compared to a loss of $4,947,671
for the same period in the prior year. The net income is a result
of the partial sale of the Good Spring Power project.
As of March 31, 2014 the cash
position of the company was $780,774,
with working capital of $107,099
compared to a negative working capital of $3,884,302 at June 30,
2013.
