Capital Properties, Inc. Announces the Commencement of the Parcel 9 Lease in Capital Center EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I., March 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Capital Properties, Inc. today announced that GTECH Corporation, through its affiliate, GTECH WaterPlace Park Company, LLC, has exercised the option to commence the 149-year lease of Parcel 9 in the Capital Center in downtown Providence as of April 1, 2004. GTECH Corporation has reported that it plans to relocate its corporate headquarters to a building to be constructed on the site. Ronald P.
