Advant-e Corporation Announces Promotion of James Lesch to CFO and
Appointment to Board of Directors DAYTON, Ohio, April 25
/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Advant-e Corporation (OTC:AVEE) (BULLETIN
BOARD: AVEE) , a provider of Internet-based business-to-business
electronic commerce services, today announced that James E. Lesch
was promoted to Chief Financial Officer and was appointed to the
Company's Board of Directors. In his new position as CFO Mr. Lesch
will be responsible for financial reporting, internal accounting
controls, financial planning, budgeting, and human relations. Mr.
Lesch joined Edict Systems, the wholly owned and sole operating
subsidiary of Advant-e, in 1997 with over 25 years of business
experience in accounting and finance. Mr. Lesch has been previously
employed as a Certified Public Accountant with Deloitte &
Touche, a Controller for a publicly owned construction and
development company, and as a financial and accounting manager with
several other public and privately owned companies. Mr. Lesch also
served as an accounting instructor at the Mansfield campus of The
Ohio State University. Commenting on the promotion of Mr. Lesch,
