Reynolds' local partner, Helios-IT, will install the solution which will be used by approximately 500 users. Toyota Belgium is part of the Inchcape Group, an international automotive services organization. Inchcape reviewed 10 dealer management system providers throughout Europe and selected Reynolds' incadea platform because of its local expertise supported by a global foundation, according to Roger Ricour, dealer system manager at Toyota Belgium. Previously, Toyota Belgium used a legacy system limited to single-site functionality that prohibited sharing and analysis of valuable information. Other weaknesses of the previous system were the low performance, limited functionalities and the variety of different solutions used within the Inchcape Group.
