DAYTON, Ohio, Nov. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Yen-Ping Shan has joined The Reynolds and Reynolds Company (NYSE:REY) as CIO and senior vice president, Engineering and Development. Shan joins Reynolds from Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP), where he was vice president of product development for the Employer Services Division. At Reynolds, he will lead the company's product engineering, development, and IT organizations. He will join the company effective November 30.
