(d/b/a ABDick, a Presstek company), has signed a long-term private label supply and distribution agreement with Mitsubishi Imaging (MPM), Inc. Under the terms of the agreement Mitsubishi Imaging has agreed to supply ABDick with digital and analog paper and polyester plate material, as well press chemistries manufactured by Mitsubishi Paper Mills, Ltd. These products will be sold by ABDick under various private labels. This agreement amends and restates Mitsubishi Imaging's former private label supply agreement with A.B.Dick Company.
