Health Systems (KHS) and Gateway Health Plan have entered into
definitive agreements with DST Health Solutions to implement its
business process management (BPM) solution, PowerQueue AWD(R).
Built on DST's award-winning Automated Work Distributor (AWD) BPM
platform, PowerQueue AWD is an enterprise-wide solution designed to
bring people, processes and technology together in a seamless,
flexible processing environment. PowerQueue AWD automates the
claims resolution process, delivers customer and transaction
information to health plan employees in real-time, helps track
customer inquiries and routes issues automatically. KHS and Gateway
have each selected PowerQueue AWD's workflow and customer service
