announced the roll-out of it's flagship ClickSchedule solution at
Plumb & Square, an authorized service provider to The Home
Depot. The ClickSchedule service optimization tool is now driving
licensed door installers in two major US markets. The roll-out plan
calls for service delivery in many additional major markets by the
end of 2007 and will be part of a customized IT system for tracking
logistics from order to install. Plumb & Square selected
ClickSchedule and ClickAnalyze to optimize the door installation
services the company provides for The Home Depot. The adoption of
ClickSoftware technology is part of a larger effort to ensure that
their residential door installations are a seamless experience for

extensive search of field service optimization vendors over several
