WFI Government Services, Inc. Wins $35.8 Million Weapons System Support and Maintenance Contract With U.S. Army Aviation and Mis

Three Year Contract Focused on U.S. Army Foreign Military Sales
(FMS) SAN DIEGO, Nov. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- WFI
(NASDAQ:WFII), a global leader in the design, deployment, and
management of wireless communication networks, information
technology solutions and security systems, announced today that its
Government Services Division has been awarded a $35.8 Million
contract with the United States Army Aviation and Missile Command.
The contract is a three-year firm-fixed price contract whereby WFI
Government Services will develop processes and procedures for a
U.S. Army Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customer in the overhaul and
repair of short range air defense missiles. In addition, WFI will
design, manufacture and install test equipment required to
facilitate missile overhaul and repair activities. "This FMS
contract provides for comprehensive weapons systems support,
testing and maintenance of short range air defense missiles to
ensure the combat-tested missiles continue to perform at optimum
levels well into the future," said Eric DeMarco, president and CEO

protection of United States and friendly forces worldwide." The FMS
contract vehicle was originally awarded to Madison Research, who
was recently acquired by WFI. Madison Research is now part of WFI
