WebSideStory Appoints Integrated Management Team

Unifies WebSideStory & Visual Sciences Divisions SAN DIEGO,
Dec. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- WebSideStory, Inc. (NASDAQ:WSSI)
today announced the creation of an integrated management team,
consolidating the leadership and operations of its WebSideStory and
Visual Sciences divisions. In concert with the sales and marketing
integration announced two weeks ago, this realignment strengthens
the company's focus on its comprehensive suite of web analytics and
customer intelligence solutions for 2007. The members of the
management team include key personnel from all areas of the
company, including both WebSideStory and Visual Sciences. Reporting
to CEO Jim MacIntyre will be: Claire Long Chief Financial Officer
