A seasoned leader with a proven track record of sales and account management, Guiffre most recently served as vice president of Guardian Life Insurance Company of America's group life and disability business. As part of this role, he led the organization's group marketing and training operations, as well as key technology projects. Guiffre holds a bachelor of science degree in marketing from Lehigh University and received his master's in Business Administration from Manhattan College.
