Davidson to assistant vice president and his subsequent appointment to the newly created position of chief risk management officer. His responsibilities will now include the oversight of the Bank's compliance and Bank Secrecy Act departments, as well as the development and maintenance of the Bank's risk management systems. He was promoted to bank officer in December of 2006. Mr. Davidson began his career at Oxford Bank as a teller at its Clarkston retail office. He was promoted twice before joining the auditing department as a clerk in January of 2004. A Davison, Michigan resident, Mr. Davidson is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting management at Baker College and is scheduled to complete his degree requirements from the Robert M. Perry School of Banking at Central Michigan University in the Spring of 2009. He donates his time locally to Meals-On-Wheels of Oxford. Jeffrey M.
