FAIRLAWN, Ohio, May 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- OMNOVA Solutions (NYSE: OMN) announced that union employees at its Mogadore, Ohio facility represented by the International Chemical Workers Council and its Local 419-C of the United Food and Commercial Workers Union have ratified a new contract with the Company. The contract covers approximately 56 bargaining unit members and extends for three years through May 31, 2012. OMNOVA employs about 106 total employees at the Mogadore plant.
