To distance our company from the historical business we have amended our articles of incorporation with the State of Nevada to reflect the name change to Stem Cell Assurance, Inc., amended the annual report to reflect our new Board Members and Officers and begun the process of quote progression in line with the corporate plan with Stem Cell Assurance, its centers and healthcare line as the core business. This underlines the corporation's current activity and intent of achieving fully reporting status to create the Stem Cell Assurance brand without encumbrance. We have also submitted to FINRA our applications for our OTC name change to Stem Cell Assurance, Inc. and for our new trading symbol.
