Financial Corporation, Inc. (Pink Sheets: CNSF) is pleased to
announce the appointment of Mr. David A. Dalton as its Chairman,
President and CEO. Mr. Dalton will utilize his nearly 30 years of
corporate management experience to direct Consumers Financial
Corporation's business and marketing plans. Jack Ehrenhaus, the
former President and CEO will continue to serve as a Director of
the Corporation. Mr. Dalton has served as Vice President of
Alliance Media/Reagan Publishing, San Antonio, TX and B & B
Publishing Co. Inc., in Honolulu, HI. Mr. Dalton's responsibilities
included the development and management of new and major accounts,
resolution of escalating public relations and production issues,
and the spearheading of new revenue-generating initiatives.
