Beginning in 2007, the Laclede Energy Efficiency Collaborative designed a portfolio of cost-effective, energy-efficiency programs for Laclede's residential, commercial and industrial customers. "Natural gas is the original green energy, and its direct use is better for the environment than using other non-renewable energy sources," said Michael R. "Through our energy-efficiency programs, we are encouraging our customers to conserve this valuable energy resource for everyone and reduce their environmental impact as much as possible."
