Leslie will have responsibility for business development and the financial performance of the Small Business Banking team in Harris' Central District, which covers the entire City of Chicago. Leslie, who lives in Hyde Park, has over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry. In her most recent role, she was a Team Leader and Vice President in the Middle Market Lending Group at Fifth Third Bank. This is a homecoming for Leslie, as she returns to Harris, where she spent seven years of her career and was a major contributor in both the Commercial Middle Market and Urban Emerging Markets Groups. Leslie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Hampton University and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern.
