ACL Semiconductors Names Vice President of Finance and Business Development

Inc. (OTC:ACLO) (BULLETIN BOARD: ACLO) , one of Asia's largest
distributors of memory chip products, today announced that it has
named Kun-Lin Lee, MS, CPA, as its new Vice President of Finance
and Business Development, the Company's first executive to be
located in the U.S. Mr. Lee, who has a significant background in
corporate finance and investment banking, including mergers and
acquisitions, and initial public offerings, is also an expert in
Sarbanes-Oxley implementation. The Company said Mr. Lee has been
added to its management team to oversee U.S. financial operations
and compliance, promote strategic business partnerships, and to
manage U.S. investor communications. Mr. Lee previously held
management positions at Rowbotham & Co. LLP,
