WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.,
May 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ --
Golden Age Resources, Inc., a publicly traded company (Pink Sheets:
GDAR), and JK Development of Palm Beach County LLC have entered
into a strategic alliance. JK Development designed "Cobra"
technology, a high pressure, deep water, environment friendly oil
leak containment system. "Cobra" technology has been designed
to stop numerous underground oil breaches like the one that is
under major scrutiny in the Gulf with British Petroleum heading up
the cleanup in an unprecedented environmental disaster. Heavy
scrutiny continues on Capital Hill as law makers are demanding
answers from Transocean and Halliburton.
Graham Larmer, CFO of Golden Age
Resources, Inc. stated, "We could not be more pleased with this
strategic alliance. It is time for the finger pointing to cease.
Such disasters require immediate solutions."
