its wholly owned subsidiary, David's Steak and Seafood Restaurant,
an upscale steak house, hosted a Live for Wine &
Chocolate Space Coast Volunteers in Medicine Fundraising Event on
Sunday, February 24th. The
event was sold out and a huge success with over 130 people in
attendance. Preliminary numbers indicate a 10 to 15 percent
increase in donations compared to last year's event.

Live for Wine & Chocolate Space Coast Volunteers in Medicine
Fundraising Event," stated David

felt it is best to give back to our community because our community
has been so supportive of our restaurant and employees."
The Company would also like to announce that its management team
has been actively searching for an additional venue in the
Palm Bay and Viera, Florida areas. Due to the tremendous
success David's Steak and Seafood has had in Melbourne Beach, management feels it is best
to expand to an additional location.

and fish. All our steaks are cut in-house cooked over an oak
inspired fire to your liking. Our meats are USDA choice and are
served with a flavorful garlic butter that is made in-house. We can
cut steaks to order should you like a different size or cut. Fresh
fish is brought in daily and served with several different sauces
and can be cooked any style you like, grilled, blackened or
broiled. Delicious sauces made daily to complement our items such
as lemon butter with a basil tomato onion relish or Port wine and
Craisin reduction. Pastas are popular as well and we offer two
different styles, linguine and fettuccini. Our spicy marinara is
served with scallops and shrimp. Our mushroom ravioli, served
with an alfredo mushroom and tarragon sauce, is very popular. Our
side dishes are unique and flavorful. We have home style potatoes
au gratin topped with Ritz Crackers and a spicy red beans and rice.

extension on its lease for David's Steak and Seafood Restaurant,
located at 302 Ocean Ave, Melbourne
Beach, FL. Solanbridge Group's management has now focused on
expanding David's Steak and Seafood Restaurant to multiple

for additional space.
